I am Dr. Jonathan Doerr. I moved into the 41st-floor corner apartment at Grand Tower Frankfurt in 2023 and am selling it off-market in 2026. This microsite is the honest, public-facing record of what the unit, the building and the neighbourhood are actually like, written from three years of daily residence.

My working life is outside real estate. I run a European venture studio and spend most weeks between Frankfurt, Zurich and London. The sale is a change of base, not a lifestyle exit. The apartment itself is in show condition, the building is the tallest residential ownership tower in Germany, and my interest is a direct conversation with the right next owner.
